Intra Oral Cameras

We use intra oral cameras that let you view your teeth on a TV screen. This allows you to see what we, as professionals are seeing. This way, if you have and developing problems, we can start treatment early thereby avoiding extensive and more costly treatment later.

Nitrous Oxide Sedation

Also known as laughing gas, you will be awake during dental treatment, however the gas allows you to feel less apprehensive during your visit. The effects of the gas wear off quickly, allowing you to leave the office within minutes after your dental appointment.

Teeth Whitening

Or known to some as Bleaching, this is a professional-strength whitening system that you use while you comfortable sleep. Most people find significant results within 10 to 14 days.

Sedation Dentistry

Dr. Hourani is one of the very few dentists in Michigan trained to provide IV and Oral Sedation for those patients undergoing extensive dental treatment or for those apprehensive patients who want that extra level of comfort in order to complete their care. Insurance and Billing

We are now participating with Healthy Kids/ My Child Dental Program provided through the State of Michigan.

For your convenience we bill and accept assignment from all traditional dental insurances. We do ask that you pay your co-pay and any deductible at the time of service. Please understand that we do our best to estimate what your insurance company will pay, but ultimately, you as a patient are responsible for the charges remaining.

Appointments and Cancellations

We see patients on an appointment basis and we request that you call in advance so we can reserve time for you. We schedule our dental appointments very carefully to assure all of our patients are seen promptly and that sufficient time is allotted for every procedure, we do not double-book. When we are not notified, a missed appointment means that another patient who could have been seen was not. This also adds to the overall cost of care, as trained personnel and dental facilities are not being used. If you are unable to make your scheduled dental appointment we do request you kindly give us a minimum of 24 hours notice, otherwise a fee will be assessed.

Confirming Appointments

We make every effort to confirm your scheduled appointment. However, we do this as a courtesy only. Patients are still responsible for being on time for their scheduled appointment.
